Need to do more regularly.
We went for the couples option and this was my first time so a little bit of uncertainty going in but we both came out feeling lighter (and a little euphoric for me). There are some painful parts so if that’s a consideration for you maybe communicate that upfront but the hot rocks…divine!! One bit of feedback would be more information around the process for newbies like myself (things like disrobing, getting under the covers, what we’re starting with, what’s next, etc). If we’re in Takapuna again, we will def book in again!!

Couples massage
I didn't really feel they were really set up for couples massages as we had booked for online. When we arrived the gentlemen said he would do my husband first and then me, we had booked for a 60 min couples massage not separate. So we had to wait while he changed the room to be set for couples and then wait for the lady to be free. The massage was okay but they never really asked what we wanted massaged or the pressure. My husband felt his was a bit hard and had to say something a couple of times. The place is tidy and quiet.
