Good fun for kids. The dude was very helpful especially with the 5year old. Will definitely be com back
Loved that it was outdoors. Lots of fun with the kids :)
We took our son and his mates (total of 10) to lazer tag for his birthday. There were also 2 other big groups doing it at the same time - So, ended up with a big group of mixed ages from 7 through to adults, but at a guess the average age would have been around 12. Our instructor was pretty terrible, we were told to shut the f*#k up, along with several other phrases with colorful language added in. Fair to say the kids were pretty intimidated, parents were shocked-one mother asked him to stop with the language. The game wasn't explained at all and the instructor then ridiculed one team for not doing the right thing. Overall it was a huge disappointment.
It would have been a great time if multiple guns weren't malfunctioning / incorrectly set up. We weren't even aware until halfway through, and even after the young man checked and tried to reload them through his computer some guns were still not registering correctly. Most disappointing was contacting Nick the manager who just did nothing about it. We were a group of 7.
