Could not believe the moment the boat stopped for us to head into the water that the sharks would be right there and waiting! Had a fabulous time in the water and a lovely lunch and time spent on the Island. We will be coming back again!
Great island, good lunch, sharks were awesome!!! Staff friendly and made you feel safeish!!
Overall was nice experience and we saw plenty of reef sharks! Lunch was nice as well with lots of choices. There was no choices for short sided and far sided guests to choose optical goggles. Please prepare your own goggle if you really need that.
The day started with the boat transfer for about 2 hours with seats in the captains lounge included. When we arrived at the island, the snorkelling tour began a few minutes later. You drive around 15 min. to the sharks and then you have ~30-40min. time to snorkel. We saw like 10 sharks and at no point you feel like you‘re in any danger. The crew was fantastic and funny and managed everything really well. Back to the island we even stopped to see a hammerhead. After the tour it‘s lunchtime and then you have 2-3 hours on the island to do whatever you want. The whole trip was really good, the reason why it‘s not 5 stars is because you could‘ve as well just booked the normal full day Kuata island tour for 100$ less and buy the trip on the island for 65$ and there were no soft drinks included (which were in other day trips included where we paid less) and the time on the island is rather short when you board again at 3:15pm. But it‘s definitely an experience not to be missed and the locals are all very friendly
