Following the market visit, we will transport you back to the Flavours of Fiji cooking school before starting your traditional Fijian cooking lesson.
Guided by experienced local cooks, our interesting classes include a food culture presentation, cooking lesson, lunch, refreshments and recipes.
Cook in comfort within our air conditioned modern facility at your very own fully equipped cooking station.
Experience a "Kaiviti Magiti" (local feast) and indulge yourself in 8 courses of delicious Fijian and Indo-Fijian dishes – A delight for the senses!
We use only the finest and freshest ingredients and showcase only the best in seasonal produce.

A taste of real Fijian and Indo-Fijian culture!
Absolutely loved this experience, getting a tour through the Nadi markets, learning about how much hard work is put in to get the produce to those benches at the markets. Then cooking with ingredients that are fresher than fresh, they smell amazing before cooking, then just wait until after you've cooked them... You'll be drooling!! Yummo! The tour guides/chefs are just beautiful, such friendly, happy people. Worth every penny! Can't wait to come back to try a different menu - have already cooked almost all the recipes we brought home with us!
