I got contacted by the bike shop prior to the rental so that they could select the right bike size, adjust the suspensions to my weight and adjust the saddle height. When I arrived in the shop the bike was all ready to go. I was super happy to get the new 2020 Specialized Epic with carbon frame and great SLX kit. They even offered me a coffee and some advice on which trails to ride. Fantastic experience, highly recommended!
