Our guide, the lovely Thibeaut (I hope that's spelt correctly!), was knowledgeable, friendly and informative, and we had a wonderful time walking through the different areas and learning about the brewing process, the differences between the different styles of ales and lagers, and learning about how Emersons started out as a brewery - and the tasting flight of beers after the tour with a couple of snacky plates by the fireplace was the perfect way to round off the evening. Would 100% recommend the tour to anyone interested in beer, Emersons or who wants to learn something new. Bonus points if you also get Thibeaut as a guide - he made an already great tour even better!
