Erina Kent said... A tour of the Emersons Brewery is a great way to spend a cold Dunedin afternoon. We booked a 4pm tour followed by a table for dinner in the Taproom. We met our guide Thibou, he was both friendly and knowledgeable, talking us through each stage of the brewing process from mashing to bottling. Well worth the time and money and includes a paddle of six beers. A must-do if you haven't been already. Book well ahead for a table afterwards as restaurant is very popular.
