Excellent trajet de 4h, personnel très sympathique dans le train et à l'accueil, vous pouvez acheter à manger ainsi qu'à boire. Les paysages tout au long du trajet sont incroyablement beau et vous avez 2 arrêts pour pouvoir bien photographié ? Je recommende
Jolie après-midi dans ce train d'époque. Très beaux paysages. Commentaires sympathiques du conducteur. Quelques bémols : - nourriture et boissons du café à bord de piètre qualité. - des passages avaient leurs pieds chaussés sur les fauteuils et les accoudoirs durant tour le voyage, aucune remarque du personnel. - prix plein surévalué
Let's face it there are not many trains operating on New Zealand's railways but of those that do this is worth seeing. Lots of "oh my gosh, or cor wow, look at that"! Incredible views and admiration for the engineers who built it and keep it open. There is still quite a bit of railway infrastructure in NZ but passenger trains are about as rare as the Kakapo. NZ really ought to use its railway network more and get us away from our cars and aircraft. By the way the Dunedin station building is impressive; even if there are only two trains that operate from it!
I would recommend a one way only...
