Auf jeden Fall was für Eisenbahnromantiker, aber auch für Naturfreunde. Tolle Strecke durch das Otago-Gebiet mit vielen Tunneln und Viadukten. Für den vergünstigten Preis eine sehr empfehlenswerte Tour!

Einmalig!

Die Zugfahrt war einmalig. Wir hatten super Wetter und konnten daher die Fahrt sehr genießen. Es gibt außen Plattformen, die zwar klein sind aber man einen guten Überblick nach rechts wie links hat. Wir sind durch viele Tunnel und über viel Brücken oder Viadukte gefahren and Felder, Flüssen und Schluchten vorbei. Unser Guide war auf seine sehr trockene Art super lustig und gab sehr viele geschichtliche Informationen. Must do in Dunedin :)
