Absolutely lovely location with fantastic staff. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself is in need of some maintenance and the food on offer is .....lets say expensive and only ordinary. We understood that the lodge was experiencing staff shortages, but quite frankly, thats not a problem for a paying guest. The lodge ownership must deal with this to ensure the level of service is maintained for a lodge of this stature. Villas require a refurb and general cleanup. Not totally unhappy and we were fortunate enough to get a discounted deal but even at the discounted price I found myself questioning the value for money offering.
