Shuttle bus was good. Nice car, few people, arrived on time.
But I think there is a problem with their own booking system.
I was planning to stay overnight in Kaikoura, so I sent a email to change the date of my return and received a amened voucher. However, the next day, I received a new voucher that departure and return was same date. So I had to send email again to cancel it. In addition, on the day of departure, I received email that my booking is amended that return on same date. So I had to send another email to check it once again and it was really annoying!!
