granild said... Owner called to reschedule twice, had to reschedule whole trip due to this. The day for the trek finally comes and the owner sends a text about how staff is sick and need to reschedule and asks if she can call later. She does not call neither does she answer her call and when she finally did told me that the staff is sick and there's not enough time for her to contact everyone. Also ends the conversation by saying the only option is a refund but let's see if i do actually get my refund. Horrible
