Me and my boyfriend went on the tour with two friends, celebrating my boyfriend's and one of the friend's birthday. It was a very appreciated birthday present and a fun way to get to see bars that we had not visited before, even though we've lived in Chch almost a year. We were a group of 9 people who took the tour, everyone very sociable and friendly. Steven, the guide, was a very nice guy who chatted with everyone and made sure it was a good atmosphere throughout the day. He also did a great job presenting the cool bars and craft beers we got to try. Great tour for both locals and tourists, and a great activity in the CBD, where with the rebuild it could be hard to know where to go!
