This was an awesome experience, especially the fourth zip line which was faster and longer than the others. Safety was top priority for our expert guides. Our guides were patient and reassuring for those in our group who struggle with heights. The scenery was incredible with views over the city to the coast. We were booked in the previous day but due to strong wind, the zip line was closed. We were phoned and offered a choice of rebooking, credit or refund. I was so pleased they could book us in the next day as we were from out of town. I would definitely do this again but I don't think I would pay full price.
We were so lucky to have a tiny group with the lovely guides all to ourselves. While zipping along the line my feelings flicked between wanting to soak in the excitement and beauty of the experience to wanting the ride to be over because it was scary. I've been on the chairlift before, but forgot how long and peaceful it was. Then you get the great views of Christchurch and Lyttelton Harbour. Had a treat in the cafe afterwards.
I got this as a Xmas present for my brother and his partner and they were absolutely thrilled and said it was one of the best experiences they have had and they are going back again.
Great zipline and fabulous view with nice hospitality from the guides

Fun in the Rain
Fantastic opportunity to see Canterbury from a different perspective. Ziplining up in the clouds and rain. It was cold and wet in the middle of summer, but that didn't stop the adrenalin. And as we waited for our turn for the last leg of the journey , the sun came out and made the whole ride down even more spectacular. Totally recommend Ziplining, but be prepared for changes in the weather.
