Quite ordinary

The experience was alright. I would have loved if the gentleman rowing could have provided some insights about the history and culture. It was a largely silent trip through the narrow river. Most of the entertainment was provided by the ducks with their antics and of course the trees in the botanical garden did make a beautiful sight...

lovely lazy experience

This was the end of a rather hectic girls weekend, and it was the perfect way to finish. The boat was big enough to take all 6 of us and the chap wielding the pole was entertaining and informative. It was smooth and peaceful, and at $30 per person, it was very good value for money. The Bookme website had the wrong departure time advertised, but as soon as we booked we got an email from the punters to tell us of the difference. It was lovely on an overcast late spring afternoon, but it would be idyllic on a hot summers day.
