marism said... The whole process was so easy - the check in was done online and the customer service replied to my emails quickly. I read some bad reviews about the company online so I was a bit hesitant but honestly it could not have been a better experience. The vehicle was so good, clean, spotless! It had everything I was expecting as far as chairs, pans, plates, cutlery, even gas bottles. The mystery machine design is so beautiful and made great pictures! I never had any issues on the road but I had one question to which the road assistance whatsapp replied to within seconds! I drove from Christchurch to the west coast, down to Fox Glacier and up to Westport and then back. I highly recommend renting a campervan from them!

It was a great experience, definitely recommend it
