This is supposed to be public transport. The other ferries don't have this option. Secondly, the ferry docked at a bay where Bicycles had to be carried upstairs. No one helped my husband carry our cargo bike while I carried the kids. Then finally an older gentleman from fullers came to help. Health and saftey issue for him to be lifting an electric cargo bicycle. The ferry could have waited 5min to get the Bay with ramp that lowers. Lets not mention how staff screamed at customers to move their bags off seats. Generally service back was dismal to end the awesome day out.
