The safety preparation was very straight forward and I did kinda struggle as im a hands on learner but I had great support throughout the learning obstacle they have for a test run. I got 3 obstacles completed and I had to cut the 15m high course shot as my hands had blisters and 2 fingers bleeding at the end of the 3rd crouse. I do think the only thing I would recommend is gloves, bring gloves.
