paulines said... The tour itself was good and the driver knowledgeable. The areas visited were great and he even squeezed in a quick stop at the Parnell Rose Gardens due to having 10 mins spare and interest shown by those on the bus. The disappointment was that the Ferry trip 1.5Hrs on the boat was cancelled. Looking at the reviews, this happens often. We were notified of this via e-mail prior to getting on the bus and asked if we wanted a refund for this portion of the trip which we responded we did as we were flying out the next day. Only to find out that Grayline will not give a refund to us due to it being booked through Bookme & we needed to contact them direct.I am still waiting for Bookme to return contact & refund me and I will update on how this process goes.
