Couldn't have been more helpful Nearly finished bus tour, and was given notice that our cruise had been cancelled ' engine problems' I am yet to receive a refund. Also booked another tour for the next day, through bookme. Both times i did this, quick to take my money, but booked me on already fully booked tours. Still waiting for refunds.
