Especially as he cancelled tours late at night as he knew the experience would not be great for the traveller. That’s someone who cares about his business and his cluent’s experience. He has found a niche in the ark etc and I truly wish him the best of success. He was clear about what to expect on the day and was flexible enough to ensure we had a great trip. Am seriously considering booking another day trip . Just need to confirm whether my schedule can accommodate..
