Chicken breast and filling was dry from my Johnny stash, pesto was devoid of oil, bland flavour. 45 minutes to wait for meals and there were only a couple other tables around. Staff not very friendly, no smiles etc…. The door locked accidentally and the staff member appeared annoyed about having to come let myself and another family in. Seated at a bar leaner for 25 minutes then when we were finally approached again, I asked to be moved to a table as we had a pre booking, as did another family. was 30 minutes in total before our orders and drink orders were taken. It was busier when we first arrived but the staff seem disinterested in providing quality service. I spoke about the excessive wait without any pre warning which usually happens when staff know there is a back up in the kitchen, and I would bet my life they went out back and started talking smack about me, they all seemed to group and kept looking over at us rolling eyes etc after and the kitchen staff got very loud all of a sudden.
Been to different loan stars all over the country. This one was very disappointing. Plus side, coffee was good and my two kids meals were good.
