barbaral8 said... What a great day we had. An easy ride up to Sandspit, relaxed ticketing and boarding, and off to the island for the Mail Run. An appreciated coffee made by the Skipper's helpful assistant, interesting commentary now and then, and deliveries to various Island residents waiting on their jetties. We three disembarked at Schoolhouse Bay and after a brief look around that area we walked on a very good track up and over to Mansion House Bay (about an hour including stopping for a picnic lunch) where we joined the other travellers for a swim and a look inside the Mansion House before departing the island at 2pm. The stunning weather and the Bookme discount made this trip for us a perfect day out. Thankyou to all concerned.
