stirts said... I booked last minute and got exceptional service by both the Bookme and Fullers customer service teams to get all the discounts and documentation in time. We didn't get to the Ferry early enough for our planned crossing as there were 2 huge Cruise Ships in - so definitely use their recommendation for when to get into line. The Explorer buses were really tidy and frequent and all the drivers we met were personable, knowledgeable, helpful and fun! They did a great job of promoting Waiheke and NZ to our international guests. Will definitely be doing this again!
