Muhammad Saad said... I made a booking of 8 ppl for 20th of May for my family to have this experience but unfortunately I had to reschedule it to a later date. I contacted them on email and by phone to get a future date in couple of weeks however till date today they no one has contacted me by phone or email for a new booking. They have not even contacted me for a refund in this case. Pathetic Customer Service!
