Carly said... Pre paid and pre booked our scooters. When we went to pick up they had been given away by the owner of the shop.
The worker processed a refund and recharged us for two scooters for the four of us. One of the scooters didn’t work and needed to be fixed before we could even leave with them.
The scooters were not fully charged and we barely made it back to Oneroa despite how little we had them for.
Pretty disappointing all round, the workers were apologetic for the owners poor customer service. Won’t be using them again.
