Pam Kaur said... I booked this trip for part of my vacation from USA to Newzealand. Day before They changed the returning time from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. I was not comfortable with this new timing because I have commitment to the other event in the evening. Representative agree to cancel my trip and refund my money. After so many calls and e-mail communication they denied to pay my refund. I suggest stay away from company like this one.
