We went during the school holidays, the crowd wasn't huge, but because there was only one staff member on each attraction we had to wait hours to get on the zipline, then another hour to get on the bungy, so there was no point in getting the "ultimate pass" with unlimited rides as it was physically impossible to fit more than one bungy or zipline into the day, despite us being there on opening, and being one of the last to leave at 5pm. Had they had another staff member on each, it would have run much more efficiently. The staff member in the cafe also got my order wrong, then when I asked him to correct it, he told me that I was wrong, until I asked him to check my order on the system. The other staff were friendly and sympathetic, it wasn't their fault they were understaffed. Also super expensive for what it was, especially a family of 5, not great value for money at all. I was pretty disappointed, will never go back.
