Tasty! A must visit!
Tasty food, courteous and friendly waiting staff (which The Stables' sister restaurant Smiths can learn a thing or two from about customer service). I highly recommend a visit!

Review of The Stables Matakana.
We got there early and as the door was closed we thought they weren’t open, however we didn’t realise that you had to push it open and they had been open since 4pm as advertised. We enjoyed our dinner at The Stables. The food was delicious and we asked for less fries and more slaw and we got what we had asked for. The sauces and side vegetables were also very good. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to please. We will definitely go again.

Smiths - incredible food and service
We ended up being seated at Smith’s and the food was all amazing - highly recommend the bao, the hawker role, the calamari and the popcorn cauliflower. Will definitely be back, thanks team!
