Excellent tour
Great way to cover Auckland and see various places. The bus tour in the morning was very informative. The harbour cruise helps us get great views from water and the Sky Tower tops it off by looking at Auckland from a different perspective. Highly recommend

Spectacular Auckland tour
Had a fabulous day with a morning tour of Auckland very informative by Kevin and an afternoon harbour cruise finishing with the sky tower great got to see a lot of Auckland in a day very well organised would recommend.

Christmas present
My wife and I received this tour as a Christmas present from our son and daughter in law who live in NZ. Kevin the coach tour guide was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. I was a bit apprehensive of the harbour boat tour as I've not been able to travel on water for about 35 years but it too was fantastic and very informative. Finally the Skytower was an awesome experience from a viewing aspect. Overall a great day out and value for money.

Informative but Cruise cancelled
The tour itself was good and the driver knowledgeable. The areas visited were great and he even squeezed in a quick stop at the Parnell Rose Gardens due to having 10 mins spare and interest shown by those on the bus. The disappointment was that the Ferry trip 1.5Hrs on the boat was cancelled. Looking at the reviews, this happens often. We were notified of this via e-mail prior to getting on the bus and asked if we wanted a refund for this portion of the trip which we responded we did as we were flying out the next day. Only to find out that Grayline will not give a refund to us due to it being booked through Bookme & we needed to contact them direct.I am still waiting for Bookme to return contact & refund me and I will update on how this process goes.
