Riverland Adventures provides the perfect way to get out and enjoy New Zealand's diverse countryside in an exhilarating and adventurous way that caters for everyone.

This safari starts off at a traditional Maori Marai, touring through farmland and lush native bush to the top of Mt. Puke-O-Tahinga - on a clear day this vantage point affords spectacular views of significant landmarks including Mt Taranaki, Rangitoto Island, Manukau Harbour and the Coromandel Ranges.

Taking on rugged forest tracks next, there's plenty of time to enjoy the riding and more epic views and terrain.

Each tour is fully guided and caters for your riding level from beginner to expert - we ride to your level of experience

Full training and refreshments provided.


Price: $236 per driver

Passengers ($118) can be added as you proceed to checkout - max 1 passenger per driver.


Location: 108 Kohanga Rd, Te Kohanga (Just 45 minutes from Auckland or 1 hour from Hamilton)

Important Information:

  • You must be 15 years or older to drive a Quad Bike
  • Children under 15 can ride as passengers
  • Under 5s only by prior arrangement
  • Helmets are provided
  • Please dress appropriately for the weather on the day - we have wet weather gear and gumboots available for hire if required
  • You do not need a drivers license to participate
