The new offering to the Viaduct bustling vibe is The Parasol & Swing Company, set on 2 floors with a comfortable rooftop cocktail bar, offering one of the best views in the country. This is sure to be one of your favourite new summer haunts. The food menu is inspired by casual dining where Latin meets South East Asian flavours, designed to bring out the best in their beverages, with a selection of burgers, tacos and sharing plates, fusion dining with bright and fun combinations, all day until late. Cocktail champion Jason Rosen is behind the eccentric drinks menu, together with bartenders from around the world, it is rather special. Underneath you will find Brolly, which is an aperitif cocktail, wine & shared plates style pop-up in their newly re-designed lower level, overlooking the boardwalk and harbour. Definitely a must go to place!
