Notes

Please Note: JUMP socks must be worn; these can be purchased upon arrival to the trampoline park.
Price is for a 1 hour session excluding the summer special which is from 3pm - closing time.
All normal sessions (excluding summer special) are run on the hour, every hour, so please ensure you arrive early for processing and to attend the mandatory safety briefing before your session. On weekends and school holidays it is recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes before your session time as these are the busier times.
Summer Special: Valid every day after 3 pm, general admission only (does not include Minis, JUMP.fit or any other admission type)

Simple & Easy

Was easy to use - from booking to finish. Only suggestion for improvement would be the contact number listed in the confirmation emails which provide a number which only has an auto reply. We had to go to the main website to find the correct contact number to talk to someone at the physical company. Otherwise booking and confirmation online was easy and straight forward.

Summer special

Summer special read 3pm till closing time. However were told at 6pm that our session was over and only for 3 hrs due to health and safety. Closing time was 8 and thankfully the staff memeber working let us stay for till 7pm given the circumstances.

Fantastic customer service! A lot more space than I thought there would be. Great seating options. The only moan I have is that my kids said the foam pit NEEDS to be cleaned it had a really bad smell in there. I would have told the workers this if the kids let me know before we got home.
