Great time at Hippo Playground

The kids had a great time from the moment they walked in. So much is packed into a small area. The ball pit, slides, tramps and the human crane was fun to watch. The only downside is I would have a sign up before entering the play area that the floor, though very soft and safe for kids, is very slippery if you don't have grip socks on which most adults didn't (was advised they weren't needed for adults). The staff were monitoring throughout, they grabbed ice straight away when my kid hit her head on a slide. They have a cafe attached with a full menu (the milkshakes are tasty and served in a bottle) Overall a great experience and would go again.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. We turned up it was so crowded, with so many people not wearing masks. We walked out then thought itll be ok we including the kids can just all wear our masks so went back in and lined up only to walk out again and forgo our $112 tickets. Too unsafe, to overcrowded, looked like it wasn't well ventilated and the lack of mask wearing just put us off. Very disappointed as we had all been so excited to go.

Rude staff

Staff was rude and I feel they were just telling the kids off most of the time I noticed. It’s a playground so kids will do a bit naughty but they point only Asian kids n tell off even the islander kids were doing silly stuff but they don’t dare to say single word to them or their parents. It’s very small and expensive anyway I won’t go back and recommend to anyone.
