Glass bottom boat tour
There were only few fish like snappers through the glass bottom.

Wonderful Captain
The captain used his profound knowledge and humorous language to explain the fishes to us which made the trip very interesting. 5 star recommendation

Very disappointing, book.me failed me
Book.me allow me to book although operators cancelled the boat trip. Integration between book.me and operator not working apparently. Drove all the way there for no boat trip.

Note that we advise all customers to check the website before they leave home - it's updated at around 0800 as to whether the boat is operating or not. Please do check in again and rebook when it's convenient to you. Availability is on our website.

for a 12 noon departure.

So you received a text advising you 12 hours in advance that there would be no sailing that day as illness prevented our Skipper from being able to work. As per our terms and conditions, it is normally at around 0800 on the day of the tour when this text is sent - we were trying to ensure that you had as much notice as possible that the tour wouldn't go ahead.

Excellent Experience
Loved the guided tour. It was very informative. The guide was also very knowledgable and kind. A must do thing when you visit Auckand.
