Climbing is a sport that is exploding in popularity worldwide, and it's not hard to see why!
Our world class climbing walls have short climbing routes with colorful climbing holds designed for all levels of experience. Bouldering is social, fun, exciting and a great workout! Come along with the whole family or a group of friends, or on your own and meet other members of our friendly climbing community.
The climbing routes change regularly so there is always a fresh challenge for you to try. Bouldering routes are called 'boulder problems' as you work out how to get to the top!
Northern Rocks offers a range of climbing walls of all angles from vertical to overhanging, top out walls where you can climb over the wall to finish your climb, a hydraulic wall that changes angle, and specialised training walls for those who are looking to gain climbing fitness!
Our friendly staff will show you around the facility and how to use the walls safely.

Family fun day
Very few places are affordable for my family of 10, so this place was just what we needed, challenging for all ages, a full day's entertainment, and great staff.
