2nd course

Minced Beef cutlets (2) w/ potato, ginger, curry leaves and breadcrumbs Served w/ shallots and green chilli in chardonnay wine

3rd course

Fermented rice hoppers (2): Appam or idiappam (subject to availability) Egg curry with coconut milk, potatoes & fresh vegetables

4th course

Half of a Grilled Chicken marinated overnight with ginger, lemon & black pepper and topped with a salsa of tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves and garam masala.

Christmas Fried Rice: Basmati rice wok tossed with spring onions, carrots, beans, green peas

Georgie’s Christmas cake (2) w/ fruits soaked in VSOP brandy for 2 years. Served w/ homemade Mist Dhahi: sweetened yogurt made in clay pot, topped with pomegranate seeds and mango coulis
