Bliss Ganbanyoku - 45 Minute Japanese Stone Spa
Take a little time to rebalance, detox and replenish your body, with a luxurious 45 minutes of traditional Japanese stone spa therapy.
Nestled in the Atrium is Bliss Gabanyoku, an inner city haven of rejuvenation. Ganbanyoku is a traditional Japanese hot stone therapy, meaning “bedrock bathing”. The Magma stones heat the body from the inside, discharging infrared rays and negative ions to expel toxins from the body and relieve joint, muscular and nerve pain.
As you relax onto the hot stones, feel the warmth soothe your tired body.
The Bliss Ganbanyoku rooms are beautifully presented, with friendly, attentive staff to help with your spa experience.
You will be provided with:
We recommend you shower prior to your stone spa. Once changed into your spa wear, you enter the Ganbanyoku room with your water bottle. It is important to remain hydrated throughout. You will sweat as your body releases toxins, but it is a clean, odourless perspiration.
Lay on the heated granite, on top of your towel. Try to do 5-10 minutes on your stomach, then 5-10 minutes on your back, followed by any problem areas having some time in contact with the stone.
Take a few minutes to rest in the relaxation room, then return to the Ganbanyoku room for another session to make up your 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes your Bliss host will notify you (this does not include shower and changing time). To gain the best results, it is recommended not to shower for at least 2 hours after your spa treatment.
Return to your day feeling amazing, with glowing hair and skin!

Parking: Parking available in Atrium car park (Crowne Plaza parking, above level 7). We will provide 90 minutes free parking until 5pm, with discounted tickets after 5pm (7 days).

Excellent experience
Never tried this before so we were unsure what to expect. Very relaxing, everything provided inc. water bottle and very impressed with overall cleanliness. Highly recommend you give this a go!

Great massage thank you
The Spa was located at a convenient spot in town. The interior was calm, clean and the massage room was spacious. Jun,the manager asked me if there's any particular areas need to address to. I have aches and pains on my back for a few weeks and those areas have been nicely taken care of, I felt much better and rejuvenated after the massage. Thank you so much lovely people! I've booked again for tomorrow!
