Staff very helpful

I took my 3 month old baby with us to Waiheke on a 3 wheel pram the staff did help us to go in and out of the ferry as they were steps. Thank you guys for lifting it up for us.

Dissappointed

The ferry itself was okay but the staff were unprofessional probably because it was te kay day. Everyone was overly excited. I would not catch this ferry again based on the experience. Which was my first time on this boat
