I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The water was perfectly heated. And the floating feeling was relaxing. The star light was pretty and a cool feature. I enjoyed the darkness the most. Felt like I was in my own little bubble floating effortlessly in the universe. There was a few hairs in the water from what I assume was the previous user however the overall ambiance and experience outweighed the random hair. If you want to relax, block out the world and be within yourself this is the perfect way to do so!
A fabulous first experience. I had no idea what to expect, but the process was seemless. Great communication from beginning to end. I really enjoyed the whole experience. My only criticism is that I found the air temperature slightly on the too cold side - so if the room temp was adjustable I’d be keen for 1 degree warmer as the water seemed warmer than the air and therefore my body exposed to the air felt slightly cold. Would definitely try it again.
I’d never done this before so was apprehensive about what it would be like but it was fab and I felt so good after.
Friendly staff. instructions were provided, and easy to understand. When getting out of the pod maybe put a shower mat ,stop you from slipping. Other than that a very calming experience.

Float
Such a different experience. The lovely lady gave good instructions, checking I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend going if you haven’t done one before. I had a very light snack before going and found during the float I felt hungry. For next time I know to eat before I go in. The experience itself was quite lovely. The way the you can fully relax and just float was amazing. I went in the pod, which you pull down the lid yourself to the degree you are comfortable with. It did get a bit hot so I opened it a fraction. After coming out I did feel more calm & rested. I personally didn’t sleep during the time but it was highly relaxing.
