    Q: What is Oceanside Oasis?

    A: Oceanside Oasis is a private spa pool hire experience located at Thunanui Beach within the Nelson Fun Park venue. We offer exclusive access to our luxurious spa pools for relaxation and enjoyment.


    Q: Are the spa pools private?

    A: Our 3-seater and 6-seater spa pools are fully private. The 10-seater is private from the outside but may be visible to passing spa guests.


    Q: How many people can use a spa pool at once?

    A: Our spa pools can accommodate 3, 6, or 10 people depending on the pool booked. Larger groups may need to book additional pools.


    Q: What do I need to bring?

    A: We provide towels, but you are welcome to bring your own. Swimwear is required, and we recommend bringing any personal care items you may need after your session.


    Q: Is there a changing room?

    A: Yes, we have private changing rooms available for your convenience.


    Q: How is the water quality maintained?

    A: Our spa pools are tested daily and cleaned regularly to ensure the highest water quality. We also perform water quality checks prior to each booking.


    Q: Can I bring food and drinks?

    A: No glass is allowed. We permit non-alcoholic drinks in designated areas, but food is not allowed near the spa pools for hygiene reasons.


    Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?

    A: Guests must be at least 16 years old to book a spa pool. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.


    Q: Can I extend my booking?

    A: Extensions may be possible depending on availability. Please inquire at reception before your session ends to check for extended time options.
