The Nelson Wine Tour is an epic half day tour hosted by an experienced wine tour guide...

We all know that drinking wine makes you way more awesome - and on this epic tour you will have lots of photo opportunities to prove it!

Experience a selection of wines in their place of origin and taste the difference between those created on the stony sunny soils of the Waimea Plains and the gravel-threaded clay soils of the rolling hills of Moutere.

On this epic day tour you will learn how to taste wine like the professionals do (we can always pretend anyway) while led by your guide CJ who is currently training and practicing the art of wine making at home.

We visit 3 to 4 cellar doors for tastings (depending on availability) and you may have the chance to meet the wine makers and business owners and see first hand their passion for the craft.

We include other attractions on the tour and are flexible on the day with small groups and couples. You'll also enjoy a complimentary cheese tasting and a chance to pick up some local artisan products before heading home.
