Highly recommend!!

This tour lived up to and beyond our every expectation and we have strongly encouraged family, friends and others to take the tour as a'must experience' when in Golden Bay. Though we're not avid bird watchers, Murray (tour guide and driver extraordinaire) enlightened and entertained us with info about the wildlife, birdlife, flora, conservation, geology, history etc)... we learnt a great deal whilst enjoying the unique and incredible scenery of our awesome country. Coffee and muffins were a treat whilst taking time to relax and explore the lighthouse surrounds midway through the tour. Will do this again... this tour accommodates all ages and abilities from children to less-mobile elderly.

Field trip for adults

Know how in school there were always kids who didn't want to be on the field trip? This was like going with only the excited ones! Fabulous trip, Paddy was a funny and personable guide, and we even had great weather AND wildlife to go with the scenery. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing experience

This trip along the remote Farewell Spit is enjoyable and informative. Paddy our guide explained unique features of the landscape we were travelling through as well as pointing out wildlife along the way. The highlight for me was walking to the top of the large sand dune and taking in both the inner and outer beaches, quite breath taking. I'd do this trip again, it was brilliant.
