ok experience
spa is clean ..yet overall the experience was not great...impossible to make a time that worked well for me ...in fact a good time for me was never found...the massage itself was average....from a newly trained therapist..

We happily waivered the terms and conditions on purchased treatment changes for you and we were sorry that we could not accommodate your request to a specific time/day with same day appointment due to us being fully booked at that time. We are so happy though that you did get to come in for your treatment. Your therapist Kat is a qualified massage and reflexology therapist with years of national and international experience. She is super popular and has a good following of regular clients in her short time with us, she is not newly trained, she is three months new to Erban spa. We will ensure that we reiterate to our clients that any changes to their bookme purchase are subject to time availability only and we will also continue to monitor our staff through our regular training programs to ensure they are following our high standard of service. Thank you for prompting us to have a really good look at our current bookme service and treatment practices and adjust appropriately. Take care and enjoy the rest of your travels. Kind regards.
