We really enjoyed our day of kayaking, it was really beautiful. The service especially was awesome. On the day of our reservation, an accident occurred on the road and we could not reach the place. I sent an email, and they responded really quickly explaining that it was all good and we could reschedule or even get reimbursed if rescheduling was impossible. We did not expect such flexibility and good service. We of course rescheduled and we ended up arriving late because of trafic on the new date. Still, instead of telling us we were too late, they simply tried their best for us to catch up with the rest of the group on everything to know and brought us to the beach as quickly as possible. Very kind people!
