Wonderfully relaxing in beautiful setting
Wonderful setting, beautiful and relaxing. We went as a family of 4 with 18 yo and 16yo and they also loved it. Nice not to have little kids. Felt great for hours after. Very clean. Would do again

Pretty but yucky
Nice looking space but when you look into the water it's quite dirty, your literally soaking in everyones yuckies.

Lovely pools, worrying safety issues
Absolutely beautiful setting, lovely water. However, huge concerns regarding safety. We witnessed a man collapse in the water, with obvious danger of drowning as he was face down. He was pulled out by fellow bathers and we quickly alerted staff. Staff were slow to respond (casually walked to site) and took no first aid equipment. The man was cared for by another bather who happened to be a paramedic and another bather called the ambulance. The staff had absolutely no idea what to do, with no sign of procedure, system or training. It is essential that such a facility is well equipped and staff trained for emergencies. As side safety issues, the top pool appeared excessively hot (way hotter than on our previous visits) with no current warning or sign of current monitoring. Concrete surfaces underfoot when entering were extremely slippery, which implied lack of cleaning. Not sure if we will ever return as we hesitate to support such a hazardous facility. There seems to have been considerable deterioration since we last visited.

Nice area
You could choose from different pools with different temperatures. Facilities are clean. It was quite a relaxing time, but I would not pay 25 Bugs. Glad we found the discount on bookme. Do not understand why you have to pay for the lockers …
